Bob and Sparky Sappari are brothers living on Planet Dogville. They have a delivery company and fly all over Dogville delivering packages. They work hard but they also love spending time with their friends, playing guitar, and singing songs around a fire.

Rick and Jimmy are cats living on planet Cat Hair. They dream of having cute dogs to keep as pets. They sent out space eyeballs to search the galaxy for planets with dogs. When they find planet Dogville and Bob and Sparky it’s love at first sight.

Rick and Jimmy make a plan to get Bob and Sparky to Cat Hair. The dogs have one big weakness-the smell of good food!

When they are tricked into going on a space journey to Planet Cat Hair, they discover that two cats want to keep them as pets! The poor dogs just want to return to their happy lives on Planet Dogville-how will they get back home?
